I had this company clear out junk from a rental property. They met me first to go over the details which was very important to me. They scheduled a time and completed the job when they said they would. When I double checked their work they were nice enough at their cost to take of some things that were missed either on my part or theirs. They did an excellent job I would recommend them to anyone.

Calvert Clean up did a great job in pressure washing my newly purchased house that hadn't been touched in 10 years. There was green algae growing on the siding and windows. After he was done the house looked brand new. The price was a lot less than I expected for a 6500 square foot house.
This year was our second time asking Zac to pressure wash our home. We had Zac out a couple of years ago to clean our home and loved his service. He provides amazing pressure washing services, fair pricing, and great customer service. He’s easy to work with, and our home always looks amazing when he works his magic! Zac was terrific. When he finished power washing the house I thought someone had painted it. It looked that good. He got areas I didn't know needed it because I could not see how dirty it was. Zac was on time, explained the entire process of "cleaning", not just blowing dirt off with water, and was very courteous of all my plants and shrubs. I would definitely recommend it. They were very thorough. My house was way overdue for a cleaning. The moss and algae build-up was extensive. When they were done it literally looked brand new. The thing that got me to try Calvert in the first place was that they use a soft wash system. I wasn't crazy about the idea of high-pressure systems that other companies use on the house. I'm glad I used Calvert.

Our neighborhood was in need of some cleaning services for our common areas that do not have water hookup. We reached out to Calvert Clean-Up and within a few hours they responded. They were able to handle our needs and had their own water supply, which was exactly what we needed. Communication was excellent from the first email we sent, they always kept us up to date and were very responsive. They had to reschedule a few times due to weather but always explained why and messaged us early in the day. They cleaned everything that was in our contract and everything looks so much nicer now that it has been properly cleaned. They even took extra care not to mess up the landscaping that had been done the week prior to our cleaning appointment. Just had my house, shed and deck cleaned by this very professional and eager young man. He did an extremely good job. My house hasn't been this clean since it was built. My deck is composite Trex that grabs dirt and holds onto it. Not anymore and the white trim and white railing are sparkling again. Could not be happier. You can hire this young man with confidence with what he can accomplish and be proud of what he has done.
